COHORTS

From our annual leadership retreat, we have created cohorts to help each other learn about the unique story of their contexts and their innovative opportunities for ministry. The cohorts will be for six months, where we will foster deeper discussions, create a space for support, and empower ministry experiments. We'll be sharing our takeaways from our experience at the Annual Meeting in October 2024!

Community Engagement

Creating people-led (not just pastor-led) programs to help churches partner and collaborate with the services and programs in the physical communities around them.

Race, Culture, and Religious Liberty

How to lead in a time of division, bigotry, and racism with love and good news while speaking prophetically in today's culture.

Neighborhood Outreach (Loving the Neighbor)

This cohort seeks authentic connections with the local community, serving it in love according to their needs.

Change/Grow/Create

A safe space to explore growing or transforming our churches. We want to address concerns regarding less engagement from church-goers, adjust expectations for more transitional membership, avoid volunteer burnout, and more!

Next Generation/Emergent Ministers

A cohort not just for young adults but also second-career individuals who seek mentorship, accountability, and support to explore the vocation of ministry.
