We would love to have your feedback about your experience in regards to this retreat whether it was online or in-person!
“For this year, we want to invite our Evergreen Family into a weekend of exploring what holy innovation looks like. While the word “innovation” can be daunting for some, it is really about asking the right questions at the right time and then finding the best way to respond to those questions. The theme for this retreat is “Responding to the Times” where I will draw ideas taken from human centered design and agile management to think about how our ministries can respond meaningfully to an ever-changing world – whether it be through creating something new, renewing, transforming or… all of the above! We can’t wait for you to explore with us as we reflect, process, pray and fellowship together. Looking forward to seeing you there!”
Rev. Samuel Kim
Associate Executive Minister for Innovation and Design
This is a recording of the virtual retreat that was done via Zoom on Feb. 4th. The sessions are divided into chapters and the group work with discussion was edited out of this clip.
Here are the handouts we will be using for group time. Please download a copy to use for our group session.
These are the presentation decks for our in-person retreat. Please note that there are two sessions (2 and 3) that were not covered in the virtual retreat.
