Rev. Morgan Fletcher

Rev. Morgan C. Fletcher (she/her) is the creator of Present Nomads, where she offers therapy, free-range pastoring, coaching, and consulting. She has been practicing ministry and social work since 2012, receiving her MSW in 2011 and MDiv in 2012. Morgan was ordained through the Alliance of Baptists in 2012 and most recently pastored at Calvary Baptist Church of Denver, an Evergreen Association congregation. Present Nomads was created out of a desire to support congregations and individuals in new ways. Being able to live into the creativity and continual liberation we were all created for can be disrupted by organizational requirements, distorted signals to our intuitive wisdom and generational harm. Morgan is a creative partner to congregations seeking to expand or revamp how they live out the call to justice or an individual or family who wish to reconnect with their intuitive wisdom. At this year's leadership retreat, Morgan will share how the new Evergreen Well-Being Cohorts practice is a creative and healing space to tend to pastors' well-being.
