Rev. Morgan Fletcher

Rev. Morgan C. Fletcher (she/her) currently serves Evergreen under contract to assist with logistical administration alongside Rev. Paul Schneider. She has been practicing ministry and social work since 2012, receiving her MS in 2011 and MDiv in 2012. Morgan was ordained through the Alliance of Baptists in 2012 and most recently pastored at Calvary Baptist Church of Denver, an Evergreen Association congregation.

She is also the creator of Present Nomads, where she offers therapy, free-range pastoring, coaching, and consulting. Present Nomads was created to support congregations and individuals in new ways, helping them live into the creativity and continual liberation for which we were all created. In this process, she helps people and organizations become aware of how dysfunctional requirements and generational harm can disrupt them. Morgan is a creative partner to congregations seeking to expand or revamp how they live out the call to justice. She also assists individuals or families who wish to reconnect with their intuitive wisdom.

Morgan also leads a Pneuma Initiative program called the Evergreen Well-BEing Cohorts, a creative and healing space to tend to pastors' and congregational systems' well-being.
